Who are we?
We are a team of wellbeing workers who offer FREE one to one and group support to North East Lincolnshire residents aged 18+. We are available in your community or virtually over the phone, and will work with you to identify your needs and support you in setting wellbeing goals in your life.

Referral
If you want to arrange a meeting with a member of the Wellbeing Service team or would just like to speak to someone about your options, then complete the Wellbeing service referral- external site . Professionals can also complete the referral form using the ‘Submit on behalf of someone else’ feature.

Where can I see someone?
We can provide support in a variety of ways to best suit your needs including face to face, by telephone, email or online. We are based in community venues across North East Lincolnshire. We will aim to find the most convenient place for you.

We are also available for smoking appointments, which must be pre-arranged for new clients.
